Investing.com -- ASML Holding NV, the world's largest manufacturer of chip-making equipment, plans to provide employees with a €20,000 ($22,838) bonus to encourage them to stay with the company from 2027 through 2030. The Dutch company confirmed the retention plan on Monday after the news was first published in Eindhovens Dagblad. ASML stated that details of the conditional stock grant, set to begin on January 1, 2027, are still under development. The retention bonus represents ASML's response to a broader industry challenge.
