Stander told the court the matter was nearing completion, with only one outstanding suspect still to be arrested before the case is transferred to the Eastern Cape High Court. "There is one more accused that needs to be arrested and brought before court and then the matter will be transferred to the High Court," Stander said. The accused currently before court are Sintembile Xungu, Ayabulela Busakwe, David Mthembu, Buhle Mbini and the newly added Andile Matumba. "The State's allegation now is that accused number five was part and parcel of a criminal gang, and this gang committed all these offences. The case was postponed to 25 September for the arrest of the sixth accused and for transfer to the Eastern Cape High Court.
