Everton have signed defender Hannah Blundell on a permanent deal following her loan spell last season. She became a free agent when her contract at United ended in June, and Everton had always hoped to bring her back to Merseyside. "It is a proud moment for me and my family and is something I wanted to do," said Blundell. She progressed from Chelsea's academy and played for their first team for eight years before leaving in 2021. Blundell gave birth to her daughter in March 2025 and made her return to football later last year.
