Help Shape The Future Of Play For Blackpool ReserveCouncil is asking the community to choose between three different design options for a new and improved playspace in Elgin’s Blackpool Reserve. The design options set the long-term vision for Blackpool Reserve, which will be delivered in stages as funding becomes available. "We've heard clearly that Elgin needs better places for children and whānau to play, connect and spend time together. “The long-term vision is for a community playspace similar in scale to Waikirikiri Park, although development will happen in stages as funding becomes available,” says Ms Frey. Community feedback will help shape the final design and identify priorities for Stage One delivery.
