ABC 57CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- The preliminary autopsy of a Cass County man who died in a hit-and-run is complete. A report conducted by the Western Michigan University School of Medicine says the preliminary autopsy of 24-year-old Timothy Johnson gives strong indication of a pedestrian hit by a motor vehicle. The Cass County Sheriff's Office was called for a welfare check on Johnson on May 23. Investigators say Johnson was walking east on M-152 near Pleasant Street in Silvercreek Township when he was struck by a vehicle also traveling east. The full preliminary autopsy can be read below.
