Burger King is making a major push to improve customer satisfaction, announcing Monday that it will remake any unsatisfactory Whopper for free and offer guests a complimentary Whopper on their next visit. The move comes about four months after Burger King launched a listening initiative inviting guests to share feedback directly with company President Tom Curtis through his phone number.
