La Familia led 15-12 after the first quarter, but The Ville completely took over from there. La Familia managed just seven points in the second quarter as The Ville exploded for 24, taking a 36-22 halftime lead. La Familia also struggled offensively, shooting just 20-of-59 (33.9%) from the field and 8-of-25 (32%) from 3-point range while being outrebounded 43-30. Now, the rivalry heads back to Lexington for a winner-take-all Game 3 on Wednesday, July 22, at 6 p.m. If La Familia wants to advance, it will need to slow down Harrell, rebound better and shoot much more efficiently.
