Right-hander Austin Voth signed with the Samsung Lions of the Korea Baseball Organization over the weekend (link via Jeeho Yoo of Yonhap News). Voth was granted his release from a minor league contract with Texas last week. That came after just one Triple-A start, which pointed to likely interest from an overseas club. He returned to affiliated ball over the winter on a minor league deal with the White Sox. Voth had a decent year in middle relief with the Mariners in 2024, working to a 3.69 ERA through 61 frames.
