Iskwew Air (Vancouver International) is planning to double its current Piper Aircraft PA-31 Navajo fleet and potentially incorporate regional aircraft by 2030, according to its founder and chief executive Teara Fraser. In an interview with British Columbia’s PQB News, Fraser said that by 2030 she sees “our team doubling the fleet, building a northern hub, and adding regional aircraft.” She would also like to launch an electric aircraft maintenance innovation hub and enter the eVTOL market. However, Fraser did not disclose whether Iskwew Air is currently in negotiations to bring more aircraft into its fleet, or which airport could serve as a new hub for the company. ch-aviation reached out to Iskwew Air for more details on its plans, but it was not immediately available.
