Photo: Hardin County Sheriff’s Office Inmate RosterA 29-year-old Dunkirk man has been indicted on multiple counts involving sexual offenses. According to documents filed in Hardin County Common Pleas Court, the Grand Jury returned a 48 count indictment against Carlos Rivera-Alejandro. He is charged with 20 counts of rape, 20 counts of sexual battery, 7 counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of importuning. The incidents allegedly occurred starting in late October 2025 and continued until earlier this month. Rivera-Alejandro is being held in the Multi-County Correctional Center in Marion pending an appearance in court.
