Noting TOCK also helped connect the local African-Caribbean community, Oluku, who operates a company to help small businesses navigate the process of becoming registered, said she even learned about some businesses through TOCK. She said as the African-Caribbean community becomes more connected, it could present the opportunity to do stand-alone cultural events in the future.
