It's always been a very popular spot and during the summer there are always a ton of people using the Greenbelt. Most of the time when you're using the Greenbelt you're likely to run into one of these electric forms of transportation. One of the rules of the Boise Greenbelt is to not go at full speed when riding bikes and scooters and Garden City added a new law when it comes to the ebikes and e-scooters. Between complaints from residents and concerns from police the Garden City mayor decided there needed to be a change. High-speed e-bikes and e-scooters are now banned from the Greenbelt in Garden City.
