Aon has increased capacity in its Data Center Lifecycle Insurance Programme (DCLP) to $5bn (£3.72bn), extending risk solutions for digital infrastructure assets from development to long-term operations.
Aon risk capital CEO Joe Peiser said: "As clients build larger and more complex data centre portfolios, they need access to greater insurance capacity alongside solutions that strengthen resilience throughout the asset life cycle.
Aon said the model combines insurance capacity, engineering expertise and risk intelligence earlier in the development process.
Aon said the DCLP also now includes broader life cycle risk, resilience and advisory services through Aon Global Risk Consulting.
"Aon expands Data Center Lifecycle Insurance Programme to $5bn" was originally created and published by Life Insurance International, a GlobalData owned brand.
