DAVISON — The Davison branch of Credit Union ONE, 625 S. State Rd., hosted its annual gallery unveiling ceremony recently, showcasing top student artwork from Davison Community Schools. The branch has presented the art gallery of Davison student artists’ work for several years now, going back to previous financial institutions that have resided in that building. Austin Bellant, branch manager for the Credit Union One in Davison, said the branch keeps the art for about one year, with the pieces displayed on a way in the credit union lobby. Bellant praised the students for their artwork and recognized the talent of each artist. Ryan Kelsey, fine arts instructor at Davison High School, said the credit union selects its favorite pieces of art from the student works to display at the branch for the entire coming year.
