CISA's Future Is a Pressing IssueSince 2018, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has existed as a part of the Department of Homeland Security. The real question is, can we afford to live in a world without an organization like CISA to protect us? Competition in the cybersecurity space is fierce, and setting aside our differences to help identify and address vulnerabilities won't come naturally. But without a federal agency to come to our aid, we simply must work to save ourselves. As we face an increasingly perilous cyber landscape, it is imperative that we advocate for the restoration and strengthening of CISA.
