A 19-year-old from Huntsville and a 38-year-old from Sprucedale were taken off the roadways over the weekend and charged with impaired driving.
Police said on Sept. 20. at around 3:30 a.m., officers were called to a vehicle in the ditch on Falcon Road in the Town of Huntsville.
Upon arrival, police said the officer required the driver to perform a roadside alcohol screening test.
As a result of the investigation, a 19-year-old from Huntsville was charged with operation while impaired and driving while suspended.
After an investigation, police charged a 38-year-old from Sprucedale with operation while impaired.
