(K105) – A Grayson County man was flown following a head-on crash into a tree. According to WNKY News 40 media partner K105, Leitchfield police, the Leitchfield Fire Department and EMS responded to the wreck Thursday around 2:40 p.m. in the 2200 block of Beaver Dam Road. The truck went about 50 yards before hitting a tree. The driver was later transported to Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center by EMS, where he was flown to a Louisville hospital.
