PLC, a registered alternative investment fund, has entered liquidation following instructions from its external manager, Resolute Investment Management (Cyprus) Ltd. The Manager Behind the FundThe external manager, Resolute Investment Management (Cyprus) Ltd, is an authorised alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) supervised by CySEC. When a RAIF begins liquidation, CySEC issues a public notice, and the fund remains visible on its register until the process concludes. Only after dissolution is completed and paperwork filed does the regulator strike the fund off its list.
