Ex-PDP North West Chairman, Ibrahim Manzo Quits Party

Alhaji Ibrahim Manzo, former North-West Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kebbi State, has formally announced his resignation from the party.
Manzo, who has a long political career, previously served as Commissioner for Health, Commissioner for Agriculture, Amirul Hajj of Kebbi State, and was also a governorship candidate under the Democratic Peoples Party (DPP).
In a letter dated September 16, 2025, and addressed to the PDP Ward Chairman in Dikko Ward, Argungu Local Government Area, Manzo explained that his decision to leave the party was a personal one, reached after careful reflection.
Copies of the letter were also circulated to the PDP chairmen at both the local government and state levels.
I sincerely appreciate the support, cooperation, and kindness I have enjoyed from the party, its leadership, and members during my time as a member,” Manzo stated in th letter.
