A year after branching out with an eatery of his own, a member of the local Giambanco restaurant family is now diving into the liquor business. Giuseppe Giambanco is preparing to launch a new bourbon and tequila brand, The Giambanco Reserve. Giambanco, whose drink of choice is an Old Fashioned, said bottles of The Giambanco Reserve will be ready in early October. The Giambanco Reserve isn’t the first booze business to bear the Giambanco name. Correction: Dueling Grounds Distillery is located in Franklin, Kentucky, not Franklin, Tennessee as previously reported.
