Jacksonville’s Chief Administrative Officer is moving on, in what is the highest-profile departure from the Donna Deegan administration. While details are sparse as to why Karen Bowling is leaving, it’s framed as an amicable exit. “Karen has decided to step down from her role as the City of Jacksonville’s Chief Administrative Officer effective October 24,” wrote Mayor Deegan.
