SUPERIROR, Wis. – An agreement had been made between the City of Superior and the Investigator suing the city to keep some parts of evidence in the lawsuit confidential. Superior Police Department Investigator Mikayla LeRette is suing the City of Superior and some city of Superior employees in Federal Court. Also to be kept confidential are, “safety and security processes and procedures of the City of Superior and the City of Superior Police Department and/or Police Station.”Anyone that wants to keep information private must ask for the information to be private or confidential. The court filing did say there are methods to make some of the information public. Recent court filings slate the trial to begin September 28, 2026.
