The Jays were able to earn a bye through the wild-card round thanks to finishing atop the AL East Division. While most would expect those who live in New York state to support the Yankees, that may not entirely be the case, as the Bills made their opinion crystal clear on Friday morning. It’s also worth mentioning that despite Buffalo being in New York state, it’s actually significantly closer in proximity to Toronto than it is to New York City. The five-game series between the Blue Jays and Yankees is set to begin this Saturday.
