John brings extensive global leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, and operations, having led teams across China, Japan, Germany, and France. Most recently, John served as General Manager at MI Metals, where he led a full facility transformation, significantly improving safety, efficiency, and profitability. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee. Simpson looks forward to the leadership, energy, and expertise John brings as the company continues to innovate and grow globally.
