On June 4th, the city of Bariloche will become the epicenter of Latin America’s energy dialogue as it hosts the Energy and Production Summit 2025. This high-profile event will bring together top energy leaders, government officials, scientists, business executives, and journalists from Argentina and Brazil. The summit seeks to position Argentina as a key player in regional energy development and strengthen bilateral cooperation with Brazil. This session will explore automation, digitalization, renewable energy sources, and nuclear energy as key pillars of the energy transition. Representatives from the Balseiro Institute and National University of Río Negro (UNRN), such as Roberto Kozulj and Mariano Cantero, will discuss the contribution of scientific knowledge to energy production.
