Dublin Airport has apologised after thousands of customers were overcharged for parking during two flash sales earlier this year. A technical error saw a flat €10 daily rate override cheaper off-peak prices in the airport’s Holiday Blue Flash Sale in March and Long Term Car Parking Promotion in May. AdvertisementThe daa, which operates Dublin Airport, says all affected customers will receive a full refund of their booking costs, not just the overcharged amount. As a goodwill gesture, affected passengers will also get 20% off their next airport parking booking. We’ve moved quickly to fix the issue and are now reimbursing everyone affected, automatically and in full.
