Tens of thousands of people gathered on Sunday (Sept. 21) to mourn political activist Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk (31) was shot and killed on Sept. 10 during an event at Utah Valley University. Charlie Kirk Memorial AttendanceAccording to The Arizona Republic, approximately 90,000 people attended the memorial for Charlie Kirk — 70,000 inside State Farm Stadium, 10,000 in an overflow area, and another 10,000 gathered nearby. It began at 11AM local timeand lasted for five hours, with President Trump’s 40-minute speech closing the program. Among them were “I Am Charlie Kirk” and “Make America Charlie Kirk” — the latter a nod to President Trump’s well-known campaign slogans.
