The in-car technology experience continues to evolve rapidly, but many drivers remain frustrated with how automakers are designing and implementing multimedia systems. Power 2025 U.S. Multimedia Quality and Satisfaction Study℠, the number of problems reported with vehicle multimedia systems has improved slightly year over year. However, infotainment remains a top concern, with touchscreen usability and digital display issues still frustrating drivers.
