Jimmy John's continues Canadian expansionAugust 29, 2025Jimmy John's has opened its second Canadian location inside Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls. The opening is part of a rapid expansion plan to open 12 stores across Canada by the end of the year. The next locations are expected to open in Winnipeg, Ottawa, Edmonton, Barrie and Windsor, along with additional locations in the Greater Toronto Area. Jimmy John's menu features a mix of cold and toasted sandwiches made with premium meats and freshly sliced vegetables on bread baked in-house daily. The menu also includes the carb-conscious "Unwich" lettuce wrap and Jimmy Chips.
