Bagels is planning to open over 100 bakeries next year, featuring the "Elevate the Morning" design. Cincinnati will serve as an innovation hub, so select Einstein Bros. Bagels and former Bruegger's Bagels locations in the area will be remodeled this fall to pilot the design elements and operational improvements before the national expansion.
