Lime Fresh Mexican Grill relaunches franchise programSeptember 16, 2025Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, a fast casual brand with roots in South Beach, has relaunched its franchise program with a "Lime 2.0" model aimed at nationwide expansion. Lime Fresh Mexican Grill began in 2004 and has since grown to 10 locations across Florida. Patrick Fore, the CEO of Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, said the Lime 2.0 model was built on the brand's original foundation. In early 2025, Lime Fresh rolled out 12 items, including the Mahi Mahi Tacos. Lime Fresh Mexican Grill has been backed by EverFresh Endeavors since 2016 and offers support to franchisees from real estate selection to marketing.
