Miles Jr. as interim CEO, effective immediately. Miles, who has served as chairman of the board since 2014, replaces Michael Osanloo, who is stepping down as president and CEO. He also served as Portillo's interim CEO from 2014 to 2015. Miles Jr. as interim CEO, effective immediately.
