David Mihai , 33, "impulsively" robbed Stanley Williams outside his home in Montgomery on August 7, a court was told. The Birmingham man was "financially motivated" to steal the watch by pushing the man towards the boot of the car. Mihai's barrister Oliver King told the court that the robbery was the defendant's "most serious offence to date" since a dissimilar offence in 2011.
