Owen Jones, of Sheridan Avenue in Ewloe, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Thursday. Prosecutor Rhian Jackson told the court that on July 26 this year at around 7.15pm, police received information about the driver of a Ford Fiesta. Elzbeth Kenny, defending, told the court her client had written a letter to the court. "I was not stopped for erratic or dangerous driving and no cannabis was in my possession at the time." Ms Kenny told the court that to have such a thorough and detailed mitigation document provided by such a young defendant was "most unusual."
