Problem park wall to be repaired – 30 years after first call for a fix

Three boundary brickworks at Wyndham Park are in poor condition because the roots of nearby mature trees have damaged the wall footings.
A structural report, written last May, said a wall running parallel to Wyndham Terrace is in a “dangerous condition” and could “fail at any time”.
On September 23, Salisbury City Council held a consultation event to get the public's views on the future of the at-risk walls.

“I am delighted that Salisbury City Council has consulted residents and come up with a solution that seems to have majority support in the community.
