(Image: LeicestershireLive)A yellow weather warning has been issued for Leicestershire as Storm Amy threatens to bring strong winds and travel disruption.
The Met Office has warned that gusts of up to 55mph could hit the county, with "some short term loss of power and other services possible."
The Met Office has said the conditions could cause delays to road, rail and air transport across the region.

The Met Office says winds will gradually ease from the late afternoon, dropping to around 35mph by 11pm as conditions improve across the county.
