The trader was reportedly targeting the victim in connection with roofing works. ‌The county council's cabinet member for regulatory services, Coun Virge Richichi, said: "These rogue traders prey on the most vulnerable in our communities, using fear and intimidation to exploit them financially. To report a rogue trader, you can do so through the trading standards' website.
