Police have cordoned off a city street following an incident. Forensic officers are at the scene on Seamen Road, just off Gainsborough Road in Wavertree, this morning (Friday). A sheet of blue tarpaulin can be seen covering the entrance to a block of flats on the street which is inside the police cordon. Smashed glass can be seen scattered across the floor outside the flats, while a police van is parked inside the cordon.
