Aled Osian Bowen and Aled William Coleman were travelling in a Volkswagen Polo on the A40 between Haverfordwest and Fishguard during the early hours of Sunday, September 14. Mr Bowen, an 18-year-old from Trecwn, and Mr Coleman, a 23-year-old from Fishguard, both died from injuries sustained in the incident. In a tribute issued following the crash, Mr Bowen’s family said: “He was a cherished son, a devoted brother and uncle, and a source of love and strength to everyone fortunate enough to know him.
