The DMV’s food-centered Super Bowl, Taste of NoVA is coming next weekend and I’ve got my stretchy pants ready. Presented by Northern Virginia Magazine and empowered by Northern Virginia Food Rescue, this year’s event spans two delicious days: October 11 and 12. The seafood blend features white fish and shrimp with red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and avocado. Specifically, the delicate crustacean is chilled and served in a coconut curry, flavored with finger lime, ginger, and bell peppers. Yume Sushi will be bringing a 200-pound bluefin tuna and taking it apart live at Taste of NoVA.
