In this Article, Kawowo Sports explains the new changes as follows;THE LEAGUE FORMATThe 1st Division League (Uganda Premier League) shall comprise a maximum of 16 Teams. The 1st Division League shall be played over a season in three (3) roundsRound OneAll the teams shall play a one-leg league format to determine the ranking of positions. Round TwoGroup 1 (8 Teams) and Group 2 (8 Teams) shall play a full league format on a basis of home and away. Round ThreeAll the teams in Group 3 shall play a one-leg league format to determine the ranking of positions. All the teams in Group 4 shall play a one-leg league format to determine the ranking ofpositions.
