"The exact capacity will be known when the final designs are completed," planners from Savills said on behalf of client Nottingham Forest. ‌If the Premier League side's updated plan is carried out the Peter Taylor Stand would gain space for 10,000 extra fans, including 4,650 person capacity for hospitality suites. Back in June the council's planning committee voted unanimously to give full planning permission for the Peter Taylor Stand demolition and outline planning permission for the residential apartments.
