A judge was told that Emma Bridgehouse used a residential street near Warrington town centre as a public toilet. The 45-year-old was subsequently charged with two counts of performing an act outraging public decency. Angela Blackmore, prosecuting for the CPS, told the court that the first act was performed on September 1 on Winmarleigh Street. The defendant admitted that she committed an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely defecating outside an address. Bridgehouse, of Brick Street near Warrington town centre, was handed a financial penalty by district judge Ian Barnes of £160 – £80 for each offence.
