Three juveniles are facing charges after police said they targeted more than a dozen businesses in North Baltimore. Police said the teens, two of whom are repeat offenders, broke into several businesses in Hampden. Police arrested two 16-year-olds and a 14-year-old in connection with the series of commercial burglaries and acts of vandalism. “The laws have to change.”Employees at New Asian Taste said their cash register was also stolen, as was Chuck’s Trading Post. Baltimore police said two of the three teens arrested have a combined 12 prior charges, including stolen auto, robbery and burglary.
