If approved, the changes will affect Runger Lane, Sydney Avenue, Sydney Avenue Car Park Access Road, and Thorley Lane. On Runger Lane, the restriction would apply to both sides of the road from its junction with Wilmslow Road (A538) to Thorley Lane. Sydney Avenue would be affected on both sides from its junction with Melbourne Avenue, in a north-easterly then north-westerly direction, to its junction with Thorley Lane. On Thorley Lane, the restriction would cover both sides of the road from its junction with Runger Lane, in a north-westerly direction, for a distance of 186 metres. The south side of Thorley Lane, from its junction with Enterprise Way to its junction with Runger Lane, would also be affected.
