The MoU was signed in the presence of CM Devendra Fadnavis and Lalit Ahuja, CEO and Founder of ANSR. Maharashtra’s new GCC Policy, approved by the State Cabinet on September 30, 2025, provides the foundation for this ambitious project. The GCC City is planned to become a premier destination for global companies to set up, grow, and innovate through their GCCs. Under the agreement, ANSR will design, develop, and invest in the GCC City, aiming to attract large-scale investments across sectors. The Government of Maharashtra will support the project through land allocation, coordination with relevant departments, and measures to ease doing business under the new GCC Policy.
