Joseph Koal Milner was arrested Thursday in Titus County on 2 counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and 1 count of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. HE was also charged on 4 misdemeanor Capias warrants and remains in the county jail.
