NETBIO, in partnership with Texas Heritage National Bank, is hosting the Annual Cattlemen Classic and Ribeye Roundup and Cook-off tomorrow at Celebration Plaza in downtown Sulphur Springs. Professional chefs and backyard grill masters will compete to prepare the perfect ribeye, showcasing the quality of Texas beef. Wristbands for entry are $20 for all you can eat steak samples from each of the competitors and can be purchased online at www.ribeyeroundup.com. Food service is from 1-3pm but there are free activities throughout the day, including live music.
