South Carolina man charged with aggravated DWI after Sodus traffic stop

A speeding stop in Wayne County led to a drunk driving arrest late Tuesday night.
Deputies arrested Chad M. Albanese, 60, of Johns Island, South Carolina, after pulling him over on Route 104 in Sodus just before 10:45 p.m., according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
During the stop, deputies determined Albanese was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
Albanese was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or higher), speeding, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
