A verbal argument inside a Seneca Falls home ended with a man in handcuffs Tuesday morning. Police arrested Jared Bogart, 23, around 11:45 a.m. on a criminal mischief charge after responding to a report of damaged property. According to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department, Bogart is accused of causing damage during a dispute inside a residence. The incident led to a fourth-degree criminal mischief charge. Officers processed Bogart at the police department before transporting him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
